After getting lots of BS from local dealerships and dealerships who claim to be “law enforcement friendly” I googled dealer reviews. I found Rt. 18 with great reviews and saw they had plenty of Dodge Rams in stock. I contacted Josh (he had great reviews) and told him I was on my way to the dealership which was 1 hour from my home.

Josh was very nice and I explained that I did my homework and knew how much the dealership paid for the truck and I knew about holdback and the rebates available. I got a great deal and bought the truck with no hassles. Very impressed from start to finish.

Purchased a used chevy pick up truck with service engine light issues, the service department actually took the truck to a chevy dealer, after replacing various parts with no success. Turns out the truck needed extensive repairs ( timing belt,tensioner and actuator sprocket ), all work was completed with no cost to me, alone with a nice loaner car while the parts were ordered and repairs made. I was very impressed with their service considering it was not a expensive truck. If their service was that good on a relatively small purchase, they must roll out the red carpet for new vehicle purchases.

Had work done on my 2008 dodge Avenger R/T after getting cut off on the NJ Turnpike toll plaza and hitting the high curb and doing major damage to my front end, Rich Warren advised me to contact my insurance company which saved me a significant amount of money, Work on the car was fast! Within less than a week my car was back on the road in excellent working order. Informed me on the progress while waiting which is not done in the other dealerships that I have dealt with! Very much pleased in ALL aspects of this Dealership. Will very soon purchase TWO MORE CARS from this dealership!!!

Emailed dealer for the selling price, they returned the email within minutes with a very good price. No hassles. Followed up my questions. Offered a date to come in and test drive the car. Traded in my used car towards the new vehicle. Once the deal was made, picked up my car on a Saturday. Car was clean, gassed up and ready to go. Car was explained to me. I did have a Charger before. Registration was ready for pickup a few days later. 3 free oil changes and a free tire rotstion were part of the deal. Overall, a very good experience with this dealership.

Initially I shopped here and was only shown a fraction of the trucks on the lot. The salesman did not know much about the RAM truck and did not fully answer my questions. I do not know why the first salesman did not show the whole inventory and I left the lot. After shopping online (as well as other dealers) I went back to the dealer and met Bruce. He was not pushy (like I expected salesman to be) and let me test drive the trucks seemingly withing minutes of arrival. This helped me confirm my decision to purchase the truck I wanted. The real value with this dealership was in making the paperwork process easy. This is my first new truck and first time I was buying from a dealer. They (Bruce and Gerardo) walked me through the entire process and set everything in motion (including insurance paperwork and a trade) making it painless. For this I would recommended this dealership to others and was glad I gave it a second chance.
