An excellent experience at Route 18 Auto. I took my car there for an oil change and the mechanic found that my tires were bad. Rich got me a good price on a new set of tires. I had to wait a little long but that wasn’t their fault. The truck delivering the tires was late. I was very happy with the work and the price.

We purchased our Jeep in July of 2012. I came in for my 3,000 mile oil change. This was our third maintenance visit. I am beyond pleased with the service I’ve gotten on each visit. Service advisors were informative and knowledgable and friendly. They do not pressure you for something that is not really required. The mechanics are very professional,skilled and friendly. They do their work with pride which is important in this day and age.I have dealt with Jeff Kanc for over 20 years. He is the best service manager in the industry.

I’ve had to bring my jeep to a different dealer and the services and quality of work was horrible. The employee’s make you wait while they carry on a personle conversation, they don’t keep you informed on what is happening with your car. But the worse part was them making you feel like you where takeing up to much of their time.
At the east Brunswick location when the jeep is worked on it’s explained fully what has to be done and what can wait. they are always friendly even when you might be a difficult customer. The work is done right the first time and what I like the most is if they aren’t sure what the problem is they are up front with you and discuss the options.

Great to have this wonderful crew back richie and the service dept took care of my problem on sat when I could not make appointment at any other day of the week to top that his crew stay after hours on sat to get me going for our trip on Monday .

I am a New Yorker who have bot CRYSLER PT 2002 from the individual on the streets of Est Brunswick.
When techical problems ocured (few hours after that deal), I have addressed my conserns to the nearest CHRYSLER dillership, which happan to be at Route 18.
The staff of the dealership mentioned above provided me with the ditaled attention, respect and dignity.
They have inspected car and provided excellent work to rebuild damaged parts such as computer, weels, etc. as well as with list of the repaers needs to be done in the future.
In addition the building itself is ery confortable, clean and equipt with all nessesary elements for customer’s accomodation.

After being disappointed with my dealings with service departments of a few Jeep dealerships in New Jersey, I was very fortunate to contact Rich Warren of Route 18 Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram. I discussed on the phone with him the problem that I was having with the electronic control module on my 2010 Jeep Liberty. Rich was very nice and asked me to come to the service department to evaluate the problem.
Rich explained that my ECM was not serious and my car would be okay. I later had him rotate the tires, check the brakes and change the air filter. I felt great that I finally found a professional and honest service advisor.

I Went in to get a spare key for my Grand Caravan. Rich and the staff were very kind and very efficient. He got my key and washed my car in a timely manner. I was very happy with the customer service and the waiting area was kid friendly. My two year old was entertained while the services were being done.

Once again, Rich and his team deliver nothing but excellence. Timely, courteous and clean. I really appreciate getting my Jeep back and there is no dirt on my door saddle or on my steering wheel. I had a problem with my car, as I was on the New Jersey Turnpike heading south towards Washington, DC. The problem occurred on a Friday afternoon at 2pm. These guys stayed late, got me in and got the car repaired so I could make the trip to DC!

Here at route 18 chrysler jeep my car gets checked over & serviced according to the needs of the vehicle, not someone’s monetary agenda. Oil is changed quickly, services are fairly priced and timely. Bringing your car to a dealership can be a chore, especially for a woman(i know I’ve been sold 1 wiper blade before…).
